The Los Muchachos Paraguayos band is coming to Israel.
The quintet arriving in Israel comes straight from Paraguay for a true Latin celebration with all the familiar and beloved songs. Leading the group that will arrive in Israel is Luis Alberto Amarilla, the nephew of the legendary singer Luis Alberto del Parana who founded the mythical band "Los Paraguayos."
The band consists of five musicians, with three vocals, drums, and guitars. They perform beloved and well-known songs such as "Malagueña", "Besame Mucho", "La Bamba", "Granada", "Galopera", and "Pepita de Mallorca."
The tradition of "Los Paraguayos" continues to this day, and the band has sold over 100 million records. Most months of the year, the group is on tour worldwide, achieving great success. Their new renditions of old and familiar songs are warmly received by the audience, with even the young ones being swept away by the rhythm and romance that the band brings us.
In 2026, the 100th anniversary of Luis Alberto del Parana’s birth will be marked. Accompanying the band on their tour in Israel will be internationally award-winning harpist, David Carlsberg, who immigrated to Israel from Paraguay and for whom Los Paraguayos were childhood idols.
A perfect Latin celebration - nostalgia at its best!
