What does the course include?
The "Eat, Save, Love" course consists of 3 Zoom sessions, each 75 minutes long. In these sessions, you will receive practical tools that will help you upgrade your kitchen management, save money, reduce food waste, and enjoy better meals at home. The course includes a WhatsApp group, led by a clinical dietitian, a food safety expert, and the course lecturer for consultations and to receive a summary of the weekly session.

About the lecturer:
Amit Mastchekhin - an advisor and lecturer on reducing food waste and proper kitchen management. A graduate of the "Bishulim" culinary school, former chef at gourmet restaurants, and holds a Master's degree in Gastronomy from the University UNISG in Italy.
