“Women at the Front”

An open discussion space for women currently serving or who have served in the reserves or standing army, in collaboration with the Youth and Young Adults Department of Be’er Ya’akov and WIZO.

Program Goals

• Creating a unique space for women currently serving or who have served in the reserves or standing army:
  • Single or in relationships, without children
  • With families and children
• Providing an opportunity to pause, reflect, strengthen personal and family resilience, expand the toolbox developed during service, and identify resources and opportunities for personal growth in civilian life and other areas of life.
• Connecting with a community of women facing similar challenges.

Program Structure

• Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
  First meeting at the Young Adults Center — Getting acquainted, connecting, and recharging: Between Emergency and Routine

• Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
  Second meeting at the Young Adults Center — Alone, in a Relationship, and in Parenthood

• Friday, October 30, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
  A pampering day retreat in Gan Yavne, at “With Nature” Farm. Independent arrival.
  Fun, food, and healing workshops.

• Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
  Closing meeting at the Young Adults Center — Pouring Hope: Creating a Vision for the Future

Cost: 180 NIS per participant for the entire program

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be provided up to one month before the program begins.
• No refund will be provided for partial participation in the program.
