Invitation to a joint event with Ida Krankurs (instagram.com/ida_krankurs/)
Friends, we are continuing our retreat series and invite you to our next gathering, which will take place on Saturday, September 5, in a beautiful and peaceful location near Zur Hadassah, not far from Jerusalem.
We are keeping the format you have come to love: a nature walk, practices of silence and mindfulness, evening candlelit yoga, an overnight stay, and a morning practice at sunrise.
Each retreat in this series is an opportunity to slow down for a while, take a break from the noise of the outside world, and spend time in an atmosphere of calm, nature, and self-care.
Participation fee — pay what you can.
Each participant may contribute whatever amount is comfortable and feasible for them.

📍 September 5–6
17:00–17:30 — Arrival and settling in
We will get acquainted with the place, set up our tents, and gradually shift from everyday activities to rest and practice.
17:30–18:00 — Tea and a light snack
A short break after the journey, an opportunity to get acquainted, and a gentle immersion into the retreat atmosphere.
18:00–20:00 — Sunset route
A peaceful nature walk, breathing practices along the route, and elements of silence, mindfulness, and observation. We will slow down, feel our bodies, notice the world around us, and watch the sunset.
20:00–21:00 — Candlelit yoga
A gentle evening practice focusing on lengthening, stretching, relaxing the back, and mindful care for the spine. The practice will help release accumulated tension, improve the body’s mobility, and calm the mind.
21:00–22:00 — Dinner and conversation
A peaceful end to the day, a warm atmosphere, and time to connect.
22:00 — Rest and overnight stay in nature
05:00 — Wake-up
05:30–07:15 — Morning sunrise practice
Gentle yoga, breathing practice, and meditation in silence. We will pay special attention to lengthening, body flexibility, and gentle work with the back.
07:30–09:00 — Breakfast and conclusion of the retreat
A shared breakfast, exchanging impressions, and packing up the camp.
The program is suitable for beginners. No previous yoga experience or special physical training is required. All practices take place at a gentle pace and are aimed at the careful restoration of the body and nervous system.
You may attend only the evening part of the program: join the sunset route, breathing practices, candlelit yoga, and dinner without staying overnight or attending the morning session. Even a few hours in an atmosphere of nature and tranquility can help reduce tension, restore energy, and reset.
