After many years of communist and dictatorial rule, this small and young country has become a tourist magnet due to its natural beauty, high peaks, stunning bays, ancient towns, and the magical coastline along the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
In this lecture, we will ascend from the magnificent Bay of Kotor to the peaks of the Dinaric Alps. We will view vast ridges and picturesque lakes. We will travel along the Riviera, splash in the deep blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, and visit wonderfully preserved ancient and fortified medieval towns.
