An event dedicated entirely to dance for parents with baby carriers, blending various dance styles. An hour of release and special connection with the baby positioned in the carrier, listening to music, feeling the movement and closeness of the parent—both of you relax and enjoy together.
- Please bring a personal baby carrier suitable for the infant from home.
- Sports shoes for the parent.
- Participation is allowed starting 6 weeks after a normal delivery and 8 weeks after a cesarean section, and only after a doctor has approved a return to physical activity.

Lital Maman, a new mom myself :) Certified fitness trainer in functional training and Pilates, founder of Dance Baby! - dance meetups for parents with carriers, holding a Bachelor's degree in movement, specializing in training for pregnant and postnatal women.
