Before calling to ask >>

• Fire lighting is prohibited in the grounds (including gas).
• You must bring the tent from home.
• Tent for up to 6 people, up to 2 spots can be purchased per grounds. Payment via website only.
• No children without adult supervision (over age 18).
• Limited spaces, registration only.
• You can cancel your ticket independently on the website up to 48 hours before the event date with a refund (5% cancellation fee applies on the website).

Tickets cannot be exchanged between parks; exchange is possible through ticket cancellation and purchase of a new one, based on available space.

• Don't forget equipment such as tent, sleeping bag, mattresses, warm clothing for the night, flashlights, board games/ball games, etc., dinner (without using fire), utensils (perhaps not disposable this time), sheet or mat for the grass, toilet paper, and everything needed to spend the night outdoors comfortably and pleasantly.

• The activity is a joint activity for parents and children. Participation and use of facilities are the parents' responsibility, with a requirement for close adult accompaniment and supervision of children throughout all activity hours.

Cancellation Policy

Refund - up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. Cancellation performed less than 48 hours before the start of the event will be charged in full. In case of illness, participation can be canceled provided that the cancellation notice is accompanied by an appropriate medical certificate.
