Join us for the musical, humorous, and adventurous solo performance of Dr. Dolittle, suitable for ages 5-10, from the Orna Porat Children and Youth Theater.
In Dr. Dolittle's clinic, there's almost no room because it's filled with dogs, monkeys, birds, and many other animals that need his help. With the aid of Polynesia, his talking parrot, Dolittle learns the language of animals and discovers what they truly feel and what hurts them. When Chee-Chee the monkey informs him about a dangerous epidemic spreading among the jungle animals, Dolittle and his friends embark on an adventurous journey to Africa to save them. Will they manage to arrive in time? What animals will they meet along the way? And how does one speak in the language of animals?
This is a funny and moving show with songs, puppets, and a variety of characters, highlighting friendship, listening, helping others, and the courage to follow your heart.
