The story follows a woman who returns home after years to meet her husband and daughter, finally not through a phone screen. She leaves behind a secret romance and her temporary life in Israel to reclaim her place in the family that remained in a poor village in Poland. To her surprise, reality at home is completely different, and she will have to reckon with the price of the choices she made in her life.
