The group's swimming practices are intended for amateur and professional swimmers who already know how to swim, at least in freestyle and breaststroke, and are capable of swimming at least four lengths, 100 meters, in freestyle continuously. Anyone interested in joining us is required to attend a trial session to assess suitability. Registration can be done via the attached link.
