The National Campus for Archaeology in Jerusalem is opening its doors to families and children for a series of hands‑on tours where archaeology becomes an experience of discovery, research, and direct interaction with real artifacts.
What’s on offer
Three age‑adapted routes await visitors:

| Young Archaeologists | Introductory encounter with archaeological finds. |
| Researcher’s Notebook | Deeper look at documentation and field methods. |
| Treasure Hunt | Puzzle‑solving adventure that leads to a “find the treasure” experience. |
Each route provides a different perspective on archaeology – from an initial acquaintance with artifacts to solving riddles and completing tasks.
What participants will do
During the tours the children will be introduced to the scientific work behind uncovering the past:
- Exhibits of authentic finds
- Mini‑labs and experimental stations
- Workshops and original research materials
The activity includes a workshop and lasts about two hours.
